About Us

RE-NEIGHBORING

ChurchFor a variety of reasons, many of our historic city neighborhoods have fallen into decay both physically and psychologically. The one component that makes a city neighborhood a great place to live is a diversity of great people who are willing to work to promote the welfare of the community. If that happens, beauty and optimism follow.

Although Broadmoor, in its present state would never be considered dilapidated, it needs an influx of great neighbors to achieve its potential economic and community value. Our Re-Neighboring efforts focus in two areas...

New Again

Recruiting - We will actively seek out people from outside the neighborhood who have the background and skills that naturally promote a sense of community.
Reminding - Residents are encouraged through personal interaction and correspondence to be fiscally responsible, promote a pleasant community and maintain their home as if it were their own.
